Once I’ve reviewed your intake form, we’ll hop on a quick call (about 30 minutes) to talk through your ideas, wishlist, and any must-haves. Think of this as a relaxed brainstorm to make sure we’re on the same page.

This is where the fun starts (for me)! I’ll take everything we discussed - your taste, pace, and priorities - and start working on your itinerary. Each trip is built to balance beautiful design with ease and flow. You’ll have the chance to review and refine this so it feels entirely your own.

Check In

Time to check in. As your trip approaches, I’ll send over your finalized digital itinerary with everything you need. Behind the scenes, I’ll be confirming details (like welcome amenities and partner benefits) so your trip runs smoothly from takeoff to touchdown.

Carpe YOLO

Time to lean in - strike up a conversation with a stranger in the lobby bar, order something off the menu that you can’t pronounce, take the surf lesson!!! I’ll be vicariously living through your travels and will be available if you need anything. Call or text if you have any last minute itinerary tweaks, need a wine bar rec, or just to tell me what a fabulous time you’re having!

Catch Up

Once you’re home and settled back into your routine, we’ll debrief. Tell me everything, from the highlights to the hiccups!
